All-Ireland Champs
The Dublin Senior Ladies Gaelic Football team, starring St. Anne's past pupil, Ciara Murphy, beat Tyrone in a thrilling final in Croke Park to win the Senior Ladies All-Ireland . What an achievement!
The Dublin Ladies B team starring Amy Ring made it a double for the Dubs by beating Cork in their final. Amy Ring is well-known to all pupils in St. Anne's because she takes them for football practise every Thursday, rain or shine.
It was a great day for Foxrock-Cabinteely GAA club (for whom both girls play) and a proud day for St. Anne's.
